Meet Charles & Kayla!
Meet Charles! Charles is a sweet 4-year-old twin little boy. He and his sister have a very special relationship. Charles is a very loveable child, who enjoys playing, running, and watching Cocomelon. He is the quiet sibling and would do well in a home with a family who can help guide him with expressing himself more in the future.
Meet Kayla! Kayla is a sweet, bright, and loving 4-year-old little girl. She enjoys playing with blocks, books, watching TV, and being outside. Kayla is very expressive and likes to communicate her wants and needs. She also does well with following instructions and is working through the toddler stage of becoming independent. She would do well in a family that would assist her in managing and continuing to develop her independence.
